Sportection wants you to be completely satisfied, and that is why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the date you ordered your product(s)*. Please know that we'd love to know why you didn't like it, but only if you are willing to tell us. Otherwise, it's 100% satisfaction guaranteed return on new Mouth Guards (see Important Note below).

*Important Note: We can only accept returns on Mouth Guards that have not been placed in the mouth or molded to the teeth. The Mouth Guard must not have been used. This is for hygiene reasons. 

 

 

Here's how it works: 

  • Contact our customer service team by emailing: customerservice@sportection.org. One of our customer concierges will help you with the return address and RMA (Return Merchandise authorization number). Return the unused portion of your product, the original invoice that came with your product (if you don't have that, please indicate the name and email you ordered your product with so we can attempt to look it up), and your RMA#. We must receive the return within 30 days from the date you originally purchased the item for the refund to be valid.
  • It is your responsibility to pay the return postage. We recommend you send the return to us with tracking or delivery confirmation to expedite the process and avoid delays. Note: we must receive the product within 30 days from the date you originally purchased the item for the refund to be valid.
  • The charges (excluding shipping and handling fees) are fully refundable. We really want you to be satisfied, but we must adhere to these guidelines in order to be fair and consistent.
  • Again, we cannot accept returns on Mouth Guards that have already been placed in the mouth or molded to the teeth. This is for hygiene reasons.
  • It usually takes a week to process your package, and another 10 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for a bank (debit card) or credit card company to refund to your card or bank account (debit card).
